Current Projects
This company leads the ongoing development of a modern compliance, communications, and workforce coordination platform designed specifically for the recruitment sector. Currently in its development phase, the platform is expected to launch in Q3 2025.
It enables agencies to manage worker onboarding, issue assignment confirmations, log contract terms, and communicate directly with their workforce — all from a single, integrated interface. Built with upcoming UK regulatory frameworks in mind, including Option 3 and EAS reform (April 2026), the platform supports compliance from the ground up, not as an afterthought.
Our mission is to equip agencies with the tools to align operational workflows with legal responsibilities, improve engagement with their workforce, and establish defensible, document-backed relationships with both clients and workers.
Previous Projects
Prior to its current focus, the company operated a national field-service platform serving the vehicle security sector. Launched in 2018, the project addressed a fragmented and unregulated market, ultimately supporting over 9,000 annual repairs.
By partnering with OEMs, fleets, retail networks, and field-service specialists, the project introduced new digital workflows to improve quality, consistency, and operational transparency. Between 2019 and 2021, the company helped pioneer the UK’s first certification framework for vehicle security repairs, encompassing technician approval, safety compliance, and digital documentation systems.
The company successfully exited the project in late 2024. The operational and technical insights gained during that period directly inform the compliance-first principles behind its current development work.
